We are sad to announce that after 28 years working at Westongrove, Dr Craig White will be leaving the surgery at the end of March.
He will be sorely missed by patients and colleagues alike and we wish him lots of luck and happiness.
Dr White’s patients will be allocated to a new GP once recruited.
If you would like to send a farewell message, please send an email entitled ‘Farewell Craig’ to astonclinton.surgery@nhs.net by 20th March. We will then create a memory book to include all your messages.
