Dr Andy Theobald is retiring from Bedgrove Surgery on Friday 28th June. If you are registered with Dr Theobald, Dr Ash Patel will be taking over as your named GP. This will be an automated process so you don’t have to do anything.
If you would like to say good-bye to Andy, he will be in the waiting area at 1pm on Wednesday 26th June. If you would like to leave your best wishes, Andy has a memory book for signing in the Bedgrove waiting area.
