We are pleased to report that we continue to make good progress inviting people in for their Covid-19 vaccinations. We have now begun inviting our 70–74-year-olds and those who are clinically vulnerable, priority group 4. As additional vaccination slots become available, we will invite more and more people.
If you would like to know more about the booking process, please see our FAQs for further information.
The rate at which we will be able to book everyone in for their vaccinations continues to be determined by the vaccine supply across Buckinghamshire.
We have been informed that the logistics is very complex in allocating the limited supply of vaccine to make sure that everyone in the top 4 priority groups is invited for a vaccination by February 14th. Please bear with us as we seek to make the best of any vaccine allocated to us.
There are a number of vaccination sites inviting people locally so please take up whichever vaccination centre invitations work for you so that we can maximise all the vaccine available to Buckinghamshire residents.
We are regularly reviewing comments on our Facebook page but do not always have the capacity to respond to each individual comment. We will be prioritising providing regular updates on supply issues in our FAQs and Facebook posts. Please check those after you have made a comment. The FAQs will be updated on our Facebook page and website every Tuesday and Friday at approximately 3 pm.
Thank you for your continuing understanding and support.
In the meantime, please stay home, protect the NHS and save lives.
