Ordering Your Medication is About to Get Easier

Repeat Medication

From 1st July 2021, you can easily order your repeat medication using Patient Access. No more retyping every time you request medication as Patient Access remembers what you need. The link to the Repeat Medication page on our website will change to a link for Patient Access instead.

Patient Access is a web based system, and has an app for android and iOS devices. It helps patients to book appointments, view their patient record and order repeat medication. If you haven’t already registered for Patient Access, you can do so by visiting www.patientaccess.com. We ask that patients register for this service as soon as possible so that we are able to process the requests in time for our go live date on 1st July.

To register for an online account with Patient Access, to order your repeat prescriptions, please visit our Register for Online Services page.

There are some helpful videos that show how the system works:

One off medication orders

From 1st July 2021 you’ll be able to use the Ask NHS app to order one off medications, whilst you’re on the go. No need to do this via our website anymore.

Our patients are already using the app to check symptoms, send us admin requests and book flu appointments, but if you haven’t used it yet, this video explains how it works:
